LIMITED EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Please handle all garments with care, especially during removal from the garment bag(s) as well as testing the fit! All exchanged garments must be in their original condition. This implies that all items must be free of marks, debris, discolorations, make-up, odors, and/or stains. Additionally, all garments must be presented with the original garment tags attached as well as exchanged in their original garment bags. Garments cannot be exchanged if worn, torn, stained, garment tags removed, and/or displaced garment bags (to mention a few). This is a Limited Exchange Only Policy and in order for this policy to be effective, items must be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase date and must meet all the above specifications. Additionally, all exchanged items must be presented with the original purchase receipt. Exchanges are limited to available inventory of similar price and should not exceed the original purchase price. Final sale, markdown items, as well undergarments (which includes but not limited to body shapers and/or underwear) cannot be exchanged under any condition(s)!
